What technology do you work with?
Primarily desktop PCs, laptops, components, upgrades and general computer hardware. Other technology can be discussed through the enquiry form.
Can you upgrade or refurbish an older computer?
Yes. RAM, storage, components, clean-ups and practical refurbishing can be discussed depending on the machine and whether the work makes sense.
Do you buy old technology?
Selected useful computers, laptops and components may be considered for a cash offer. Any offer is confirmed privately after the item is assessed.
What happens to hard drives and personal data?
If a computer or laptop is being collected, we can discuss its hard drive or SSD before pickup. Where practical, the storage device can be removed first so it stays with you. Back up anything you want to keep before repair or collection.
Is pickup always available or free?
No. Pickup availability, timing and any cost depend on the suburb, item, quantity, access and the nature of the request.
Do I need to upload photos?
No. Photos can be shared privately by text or email after I respond.
Does submitting the form create a booking?
No. It is an initial enquiry only. Any booking, quote, repair, pickup or offer must be confirmed directly.
What area do you service?
Townsville and surrounding suburbs. Availability varies by location and request.
